As a Senior Energy Engineer, Alexander has led energy studies covering over 15 million square feet of existing buildings. His expertise includes energy modeling, engineering design, retro‑commissioning, and project management for a variety of energy efficiency upgrades and capital improvement projects at complex, large-scale facilities. He has become an expert on rebate opportunities administered by both state and utility agencies to ensure the best return on investment for his projects. Working at a variety of building types has also allowed Alexander to develop sophisticated energy modeling analysis tools to improve company operations and productivity.

Alexander also oversees the development of building automation services. This includes existing system upgrades and retrofits, integration with mechanical capital improvements, and new building management systems (BMS). He has specified, installed, and managed control systems ranging from localized equipment controls to building‑wide management systems. In addition to his other duties, Alexander is active with company recruiting, hiring, and training efforts.
